Will of Emilia Coppinger

I Emilia Coppinger do make and publish this my Last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made

First
I desire and will that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that may die possessed of or that may first come into the hands of my Executors.

Second
I give to my brothers and Sisters and to those who represent them as their heirs to wit Jonathan Lasater & Burton Lasater Nancy Alexander my sister wife of John G. Alexander Temperance Hixson my sister wife of G. W. Hixson and Moses E. Walker son of Martha Walker my sister who was the wife of Jefferson Walker all the property of which I may die seized and possessed both Real and personal after paying my funeral expenses and Debts as heretofore provided If any of my Brothers or Sisters Should die before I do then the shear[sic] of my property which Sets[sic- "such"?] founther[sic- "brother"?] or Sister would take if he or she should survive me Shall go to the heirs of my Said Brother or Sister.

Third
I do Mominate[sic] and appoint M. E. Walker and Burton Lasater as my Executors Given under my hand and Signature and acknowledg[sic] in the presence of the undersigned Witnesses this 28th day of April 1883.
