I Nancy Ashburn of the county of Marion and State of Tennessee, Realizing the uncertainty of life and being of feeble health but of sound mind, memory and judgement, do make and declare this to be my last will and testament, in manner and form following to wit, At the close of my natural life I give devise and bequeath unto Amos L. Andes all of my Real Estate and Personal Estate, said real Estate consisting of all the lands deeded to me by J. T. Ashburn including all the butts and bounds mentioned in said deed, and included all the houses tenements, house hold and Kitchen furniture, pertaining thereto said Amos L. Andes his heirs and assigns to have and hold. Personal Estate consisting of cattle hogs &c

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 7th day of Nov one thousand eight hundred and eighty four.
