State of Tenn Marion Co. I Charles A Henson being weak of body but sound of mind hearby[sic] commend my soul to God who gave it and consign my body to the dust from whence it came and do make and publish this my last will and testamony and revoke all others heretofore at any time by me made. That is to say: I give to my beloved wife Nancy Henson my house and lands and all my real estate as long as she lives or until she marries- but on her death or marriage all said lands and house and real estate aforesaid is to rest in my five youngest children to wit John D Henson Nancy Ellen Henson Velatha C Henson Granville B Henson & Patrick P Henson share and share alike with this exception: that is I desire said revertionary title so decended to said five children to be charged with the sum of seventy five dollars in favor of John D Henson and hearby[sic] make said sum of seventy five dollars a lean on said revertionary interest while I do not desire to be unpartial to my three oldest children to wit George W Henson Mary T Brackin and Charles C Henson Jun I make this will for the exclusive benefit of the five younger children because I believe it is necessary for this raising maintainance and Education and that they may have a home and constitute a family and be together as mutch[sic] as possible and living at to be for the good of my family I have entirely excluded the oldest from a participation in the proceeds of my property:
