I Thos Turner do make and Publish this my Last will and testament hereby Revoking and making void all others by me at any time made

1st first I direct that my Personal Expenses and all my Debts be Paid as soon after my death as Possible out of any moneys that I may die Possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor

2nd secondly I give and bequeath to Jas. E. Turner 5 dollars in cash 3rd thirdly William D. Turner 5 dollars in cash and all the corn that is made on the Carroll Land after the Rent is Paid 4th Fourthly Every thing Else to be Equally divided between Sarah E. Turner & Thos J Turner

Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint D Riggle and J. W. Hale my Executors
