Will of R. A. Henley October 8th 1876

I R. A. Henley do make and Publish this as my Last Will and testament hereby Revoking and making
void all other wills by me at any time made first I direct that Granville Henley have my two steer
yearlings and one half of all my hogs also that he Pay no Rent for the Present crop I also direct
that he have one feather bed and bedstead two cover lids four quilts secondly I direct that my sister
C. L. Smith and her heirs have all the Rest of my Property and my Land also and money I also direct
that my sister C. L. Smith Pay my funeral Expenses Lastly I hereby nominate and appoint William H.
Smith my Executor in witness whereof I do to this will set my hand and seal this 8th day of October
1876
