I found your site while doing genealogical research on my paternal grandfather’s side of the family, the Bandy’s.  (My great-grandparents were Freely Skiles Bandy and Dolly Fountain Jenkins Bandy.)

My grandfather left me many old photographs and only a few have stumped me.  I thought you might be interested in them, since the Bandy and Jenkins families lived in Macon County, Tennessee for quite some time.

Can you help me identify the people in them?

Berlin Doss— The back of the photo reads:  Post card is addressed to "Unc. Bloof" and says, "Uncle Bloof i killed this wolf 80 yds. with BB shot but i knocked him down four times before he stayed he had killed ...was taking a shot....(illegible)

Uncle Newtie and Aunt Mallie—The back of the photos reads: "Newtie, Bessie, Uncle Billy, Aunt Mallie, Addie Hire"

Freely Bandy and Friends--Front of picture says "Tom, Freelie, L(.....)" Back of photo says in original hand, "F.S. Bandy, T.C. Caruthers, L. ?. Caruthers

Harold Weaver, Jr.-- "Raivie, O"???? "Taken Oct. 10, 1929, Age 6 yr. 1 mo"
