Janice was born in Lyles on July 17, 1952, to the late Frank and Alice McCord Sullivan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Janice is survived by her sisters, Pam (Jim) Rice of Centerville, Connie Sullivan of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and Rita (Larry) Hayes of Gallatin, Tennessee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by her brothers, Ronnie Sullivan and Steve Sullivan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">It was Janice&#8217;s wishes to not have a service.
