She was born in Chapel Hill on November 30, 1947. Ms. Mitchell was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Tommy Mitchell and granddaughter, Bonnie Mash.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Maxine is survived by her grandchildren, Jeff Mash and Melissa Lovely.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In her spare time Maxine enjoyed getting lost in old western movies, spending time with her precious cat, Amayah, and hopping online for some retail therapy. She was the most genuine, loving, good hearted person anyone would ever have the pleasure to meet. Maxine was always there for anyone who needed her.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">There will be no services planned to honor Maxine\u2019s wishes of cremation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Adair Funeral &amp; Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On February 11, 2022, Ms. Maxine Mitchell passed away at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia.
