Jim was born in Adairville, KY on October 14, 1940, to the late Douglas and Lula Law Walker.\u00a0 Mr. Walker was also preceded in death by his sisters Peggy Miller and Alice Berkley.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">On March 29, 1997, He married Ms. Donna Harris and the two were members of First Baptist Church in Hohenwald. Mr. Walker was an electrician for IBEW Union for 43 years before retiring. In his quiet time, he enjoyed creating masterpieces from wood. His never stopping projects included painting, wood carving and chainsaw carvings.\u00a0 He always had something in the works.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Jim leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife Mrs. Donna Harris Walker; daughter Donya (Scott) Talley; grandson Jonathon (Amanda) Berry; and great-grandchildren Addy Berry and Emmy Berry. He also is survived by special cousins Steve and Julie Grubbs, George Grubbs, and Serena House.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Visitation with family and friends will be held January 15, 2022, in the chapel of Adair Funeral &amp; Cremation Services from 12:00-2:00 pm.
