Matthew, as most knew him, was born in Columbia, TN on January 29, 2015, to Jonathan and Michelle (Muesegaes) Jones. He enjoyed swimming on warm days and playing with his family and friends. Matthew had a smile that could brighten anyone\u2019s day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Along with his parents Matthew is survived by his sister Riley Jones, brother Caleb Jones, and grandparents Ricky and Ann Jones and James and Charlotte Muesegaes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Visitation with family and friends will be held at the Hohenwald Church of Christ on Thursday January 6, 2022, from 5:00-6:30 pm. Funeral services will follow at 6:30 with brother Greg Smith officiating.\u00a0 Matthew will be laid to rest at Swiss Cemetery in Hohenwald.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lewis County Public Library in Matthew\u2019s honor.
