She was born in Hohenwald, TN on March 26, 1943, to the late Billy Pope \u201cPreacher\u201d and Celia Moore Broadway.\u00a0 Mrs. Billie Jo was also preceded in death by her brother Allen Buell Broadway and her beloved first granddaughter Jessica (Brandon) Wright.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">On July 22, 1961, she married her one and only, Mr. Jim Bartholomew and raised two beautiful daughters. There was never a doubt how much she cared for all her family. She was a loving, giving, selfless caregiver.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00a0Billie Jo was known for her creative artistry.\u00a0Everyday items that spoke to her creative mind were repurposed into art. There were always projects, many finding their way into the front yard. Not only was she a creative artist but was also just as creative in the kitchen often leaving her family to guess the mystery ingredient of the day. They shared many laughs with each other and friends over the dinner table throughout the years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Along with her husband Mrs. Billie Jo is survived by her daughters Jami (Doug) Spears and Helen (Anthony) Ozier; grandchildren Drew (Katelyn) Ozier, Chance (Khrysten) Fielder, and Eli Daniel Ozier; great-grandchildren J.J. Wright, Conner Wright, and Lyla James Ozier. She also leaves behind her niece Joyce Webb and her nephew Don Baker.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Visitation with family and friends will be Sunday January 2, 2022, in the chapel of Adair Funeral &amp; Cremation Services from 11:00-2:00 pm.\u00a0 Funeral services will begin at 2:00 pm the same day with Brothers Steve Keeton and Judge Mike Hinson officiating.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On December 28, 2021, Mrs. Billie Jo Broadway Bartholomew passed away at her Hohenwald home at the age of 78.
