Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Potts and an infant brother.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Wink was employed as an ambulance dispatcher and later went to work as a dispatcher for city hall. After retiring he went back to work and was a transport driver for Buffalo Valley here in Hohenwald.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Wink was truly one of a kind and there will never be another like him. \u00a0He was seen as a bit of a prankster. He would often greet you with a fun-loving smile and then his sharp whit would kick in.\u00a0 There was always a smile on his face when he entered a room, and no one knew what would come next. \u00a0One thing for sure was he always made sure to say hello while making his rounds to see friends. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching ball games and settling in for a good western movie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">He is survived by his wife of 26 years Suzy Brown Miller; stepson, Jeffery Brown; brothers, Dwayne Kilpatrick (Trina), Dale Crossno (Jan), Donald Tolbert, and Larry Potts; sisters, Jane Tatum (Ernie), Darlene Coop, and Patricia Lay; and a host of nieces and nephews.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Visitation with family and friends will be held in the chapel of Adair Funeral &amp; Cremation Services on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, from 4:30 &#8211; 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at 11:00 am with brothers Bill Webb and Mark Webb officiating. Burial will follow at Santa Fe Cemetery in Columbia, TN.
