She passed away on October 7, 2021 at the age of 74. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"service-info-head clearfix\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She loved Tunica, traveling, and Hawaii. She enjoyed cooking for her grandkids and the rest of her family. She was also an avid gardener and canned what she grew.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"service-info-head clearfix\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In addition to her parents, Gloria is preceded in death by her sister, Jeanette Oldham. She is survived by James Martin; daughter, Tammy Martin of Bon Aqua; sons, Steve Martin of Bon Aqua and Danny Martin (Tonya) of Waverly; sister, Sandy Noe of Danbury, CT; brother, Michael Tynanes of Honolulu, HI; grandchildren, James (Elizabeth), Katelyn (Nate), Michael (Sydney), Chelsea, William, Brandon (Summer), Nicole; and great-grandchildren, Elena, Noah, Paisley, and Keiran. Two more great-children are on the way.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"service-info-head clearfix\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A visitation with the Martin family will be held on Saturday, October 9 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the McDonald Funeral Home <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Hickman County.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gloria Dawn Martin was born in Danbury, CT on November 4, 1946 to the late Mary Simalovich Tynanes and Michael Tynanes.
