A native of Hickman County she was the widow of Willard Lindsey. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"obituary-text\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">In addition to her parents and husband she was also preceded in death by her son, Ricky Tidwell and a daughter-in-law, Rhonda Kay Tidwell.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Survivors include her son, Arthur (Tonya) Tidwell, daughter, Cheryl Harrington, brother, Gary Bishop, sisters, Peggy Goins, Carol Ross, Judy Spencer, and Sandra Wilson, her best friend, Charlotte Smith, 7 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"services-events\">\n<p class=\"services-content\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Visitation will be 4 August 2021 at 3:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home &#8211; Hickman County.\u00a0 Funeral Services will be held 5 August 2021 at 1:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home &#8211; Hickman County.\u00a0 \u00a0Burial will be in Bon Aqua Church of Christ Cemetery, Bon Aqua, TN.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shirley Ann Lindsey was born on April 17, 1943 to the late Herman and Retha Brewer Bishop and died Aug. 1, 2021 at the age of 78.
