He was born on March 3, 1942, in Lansing, Michigan to Frank Birdsall &amp; Ann Birdsall Lane. He met and married his wife, Margaret, many years ago and together they raised three children. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"obituary-text edit\" data-server-action=\"\/obituaries\/William-Birdsall\/ProcessUpdateTributeObituary\" data-editclass=\"edit-obituary\" data-fieldtype=\"textarea\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">He was a factory worker for many years. William loved to hunt and to help his children and grandchildren as much as he could. He was as stubborn as he could be, never wanting anyone to worry about him. He will be remembered as a kind and caring man who loved his family above everything.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"obituary-text edit\" data-server-action=\"\/obituaries\/William-Birdsall\/ProcessUpdateTributeObituary\" data-editclass=\"edit-obituary\" data-fieldtype=\"textarea\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">He is survived by his step-daughters, Tammy (Tim) Ramsey of Hohenwald, Daisy (Terry) Potts of Henryville, TN, and Tammi Patterson of Ft. Wayne, IN; his grandchildren, Samantha Zimmermann, Jason Potts, Amanda Corbin, CJ Fountain, and Jennifer Dumont; 7 great grandchildren; and one brother-in-law, Billy Belew.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"obituary-text edit\" data-server-action=\"\/obituaries\/William-Birdsall\/ProcessUpdateTributeObituary\" data-editclass=\"edit-obituary\" data-fieldtype=\"textarea\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">His wife, Margaret Birdsall, his parents, and his step-father, Joe Lane, precede him in death.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"obituary-text edit\" data-server-action=\"\/obituaries\/William-Birdsall\/ProcessUpdateTributeObituary\" data-editclass=\"edit-obituary\" data-fieldtype=\"textarea\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Graveside services for Mr. Birdsall will be held on Sunday, June 20, 2021, at 3:00 PM in the Wyrick Jones Cemetery on Drakes Lane in Summertown, TN.
