She was 84 years old.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She is the daughter of the late Albert Clyde Tyler Sr. and Lessie M. Tyler.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She was also preceded in death by her husband Charles Allen, brothers Albert Clyde Jr. and Eugene Tyler, and great-granddaughter Sarah Elise Adam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She is survived by her sons, Charles Michael Allen (Cynthia) and Marvin Lynn Allen (Nancy) of Lyles. Sister,\u00a0 Evelyn Adkins. Grandchildren,\u00a0 Tracy, Carlie, Crystal, Jeremy, Jason, and Dustin. Great-grandchildren, Grace, Connor, Tyler, Bella, Erika, Drake, Charlie, and Sarah. Along with several nieces, nephews, and other close friends of the family.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She was a member of the Rocky Valley Church of Christ.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"obituary-text edit\" data-server-action=\"\/obituaries\/Joann-Allen-7\/ProcessUpdateTributeObituary\" data-editclass=\"edit-obituary\" data-fieldtype=\"textarea\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Graveside Services will be 25 April 2021 at 2:00 PM at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Centerville, TN.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"services-events\">\n<div class=\"services-content\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Joann Allen was born on April 2, 1937, in Lyles, Tennessee, and passed away on April 22, 2021, in Nashville.
