She was a native of Pulaski, retired Contract Manager for Vanity Fair, and attended Mars Hill Baptist Church.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Willodean Moore Royse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She is survived by her husband, Larry Smith of Lawrenceburg; two sons, Tommy Wright (Lisa) of Loretto, and Brent Smith (Heather) of Collinwood; two daughters, Tonya Johnston (Buddy) of Lawrenceburg, and Tonya Smith Prater (Daryl) of Waynesboro; and seven grandchildren, Drew Wright, Justin Wright, Brooke McGee, Mason Smith, Wyatt Smith, Josie Prater, and Carson Prater.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Visitstion with the family was held Saturday, February 20, 2021, at Mars Hill Baptist Church. Funeral services were at the church Saturday, February 20, 2021, with Mickey Brackin officiating. Interment followed at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children&#8217;s Research Hospital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Arrangements were handled by Neal Funeral Home, Lawrenceburg.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Barbara Gail Royse Smith, age 73, of Lawrenceburg, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2021, at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg.
