Along with her parents Ms. Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband Robert Lee Webber; and siblings Terry Potucek and Carol Wilson.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Charlotte enjoyed spending most of her time outdoors.\u00a0 Although she spent her life career as a home maker, she always had a green thumb. She loved being surrounded by plants and flowers of all types.\u00a0 She loved it to the point that she began a college career in Horticulture.\u00a0 When she was not in the garden tending to her plants she enjoyed long, peaceful drives with no destination in mind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ms. Webber leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter Kathy Yarbrough; grandchildren Tori Lyn Snaper, and Sydnie Paige Hollis; and a brother Russell Yarbrough.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A private family memorial and burial will take place at a later time.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ms. Charlotte Rosaland (Yarbrough) Webber peacefully left this earthly world on February 7,2021 at AHC Lewis County at the age of 72.\u00a0 She was born to the late Curtis Russell and Mary Louise (Fitzhugh) Yarbrough in Clarksville, TN on April 14,1948.
