{"id":8160,"date":"2021-02-04T06:03:57","date_gmt":"2021-02-04T11:03:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tngenweb.org\/lewis\/?p=8160"},"modified":"2021-02-04T06:04:05","modified_gmt":"2021-02-04T11:04:05","slug":"brasfield-betty-ann","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tngenweb.org\/lewis\/brasfield-betty-ann\/","title":{"rendered":"Brasfield, Betty Ann"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Betty Ann Kelley Nicholson Brasfield, age 77, entered this life on September 5, 1942 in Yorkville, Gibson County, to the late Willie and Vivian Troutt Kelley.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ms. Brasfield was raised in Lewis County.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, James Robert Nicholson, Sr. and James Brasfield; brothers, Roy and Coy Kelley and John Kelley.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She is survived by her three sons, James &#8220;Sonny&#8221; (Jeanne) Nicholson, Jr., Ricky (Robin) Nicholson and Donald (Liz) Nicholson all of Murfreesboro, TN; grandchildren, Daniel (Tracy) Nicholson, Ashley Nicholson, Dustin (Jackie) Nicholson, Destiny (Brandon) Harrell, Lauren (Isaac) Taylor , Shelby (Kevin) Betts and Taylor Nicholson; Numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; siblings, Harold (Doreen) Kelley, Willie Joe Kelley, Kenneth (Kim) Kelley.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A gathering of family and friends was held on Sunday, July 26, 2020 at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
