He was born January 24, 1942 to the late Peter and Jewel (Link) Pac in New Britain Connecticut. After high school graduation he attended Pratt and Whitney taking steps towards a long career as a machinist. He worked at the Saturn GM plant while also maintaining his business, End of the Trail Taxidermy. Mr. Pac was a member United Auto Worker (UAW) and North American Hunting Club.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00a0In 1963 he married Ms. Loretta Valentine. He filled a role most would not take on and adopted two children that came with the marriage. He instantly became more than a stepfather. To the children he was dad. The love he had for his family was undeniable. Coming in a close second was his love of dogs, most specifically his German Shepherds Amber, Shiloh, Juno, and Jenna. Mr. Pac was a loving, protective provider to his family, who always came first.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Robert or as some would call him, Bob was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed his time in nature hunting, fishing, and even a little off roading racing. During more calm days he would dive in on a new woodworking project. He has been described as an all-around fun man with a personality and prankster side that could make anyone laugh.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Along with his wife he leaves behind to cherish his memory his children, Linda (Thomas) Nichols, Mario Pac, and Robert (Vikki) Pac Jr., grandchildren, Ashley (Paul) Corvin, Kristy (Corey) Carroll, Eric (Regina) Pac, Cash Pac, and Gus Pac; great grandchildren, Savannah, Jackson, and Charlotte Corvin, Hunter Carroll, Gunner Franks, Clay and Carson Pac, brother,\u00a0 Tom Pac from Berlin, CT; sister,\u00a0 Kathleen Wicke from North Carolina and a host of nieces and nephews.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Family friends are welcome to a memorial service that will be held Thursday, January 7, 2021 beginning at 5:00 pm in the chapel of Adair Funeral &amp; Cremation Services.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mr. Robert Peter Pac 78, of Summertown passed away January 4, 2021 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.
