He was born on January 3, 1945, to Meril Odis Shaw and Mary Evelyn (Pierce) Shaw. He married Gwen Shaw and they resided together in Hohenwald until her passing this past year. He was a tower controller at Turney Center until his retirement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">He is survived by his son, Harvey Shaw, of Hohenwald, his sisters, Sue Jackson of Tullahoma and Loreita Daniels of Mt. Pleasant, and 5 grandchildren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Along with his wife and parents, he is preceded in death by one daughter, Hollie Renee Shaw.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Vistation with the family will be held from on 6 Jan 2021 at 9:00-10:45AM in the chapel of McDonald Funeral Home-Lewis County. Graveside services will follow in the Swiss Cemetery, Hohenwald, TN, at 11:00 AM.
