Survivors include his wife, Annette Marie (Vonier) Baggett; sons, Bruce, Franklin Clyde, Steven, and Raymond Baggett, Jr. ; daughters, Antonia and Teresa Natschke; brothers, Jerald and Bill Baggett; sisters, Estelle Carlson and Helen Henderson; 12 Grandchildren; 11 Great-grandchildren.
