Mr. Potter\u2019s parents, Varden and Lettie Brake Potter preceded him in\u00a0death.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Mr. Potter is survived by his wife Dorothy Chandler Potter, sisters Ruby Box and Mary Elizabeth Box, and brothers Gene Potter and Raymond Potter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Mr. Potter served our great country for 34 years in the Army National Guard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A memorial service will be held at a later date.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bobby Joe Potter was born in Bucksnort, Tennessee, on June 26, 1942, and died November\u00a05, 2020, at the age of 78 years.
