He was born in Meadville, PA on April 24, 1957 to the late Earl Robert and Mildred Ann (Johnson) Russell. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Mr. Russell grew up in the Linesville-Conneaut Lake area in Western Pennsylvania. Shortly after graduating high school, he enlisted in the United States Navy in 1975 and served for 15 years before being honorably discharged. \u00a0From a young age until present day, Richard was always riding a motorcycle and never missed a minute of following motor sports events.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Mr. Russell Leaves behind to cherish his memory a sister, Elaine,and two brothers, Glenn and Kenneth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">There will be no services conducted at this time, as Mr. Russell&#8217;s wishes were to be cremated.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Richard Russell, 63, of Linden passed away at Perry County Nursing Home on October 22, 2020.
