She passed away on October 10, 2020 in Nashville, Tennessee. She was 72 years old.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">She is the daughter of the late Roy Meeks Barber and Mary Kathryn Johnston Barber.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">She is survived by her husband Bobby Charles McCoy of Centerville. Sons Stephen Charles McCoy (Cristina) of Nunnelly and Damon McCoy (Jennifer) of the Grays Bend Community. Daughter Suzanne McCoy Lewis (Michael) of Pinewood. Grandchildren Kathryn, Hunter, Paige, JonMichael, and Courtney. Great Grandchild Veronica Mae Golden. Sister Helen Hicks (William) of Coble. Brother Keith Barber (Donna) of Beaverdam. Along with many other relatives, friends, and loved ones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Mrs. McCoy was a member of the Defeated Creek Church of Christ.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Visitation will be held 12 October 2020 from 4:00 PM &#8211; 8:00 PM\u00a0 at McDonald Funeral Home &#8211; Hickman Co.\u00a0 Funeral services will be conducted on 13 October 2020, at 2:00 PM in the McDonald Funeral Home Chapel \u2013 Hickman Co.\u00a0 Burial will be at Chessor Cemetery, Centerville, TN<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sarah Jane Barber McCoy was born on February 11, 1948 in the Beaverdam Community of Hickman County.
