Mamie Grinder Landers passed from this life at her home in Nashville on June 8, 2020. She was 101 years of age.<\/span><\/p>\n

She was born May 26, 1919, in Lewis County, the daughter of the late Bert Grinder and Sisley Floyd Grinder. She was a member of the West Nashville Cumberland Presbyterian Church.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sisters, Audrey Grinder Loveless and Reba Grinder Powers; her baby brother, Carl Grinder; her husband, Frank Landers; grandson, Bill Morton Jr.; and son-in-law, Bill Morton Sr.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mamie is survived by her daughter, Patricia Morton of Nashville; nieces, Gail Donelson of Michigan and Faye Ray of Hohenwald; nephew, Mike Grinder of Hohenwald; and a host of great nieces and nephews.<\/span><\/p>\n

A graveside service was held at the Swiss Cemetery with Pastor Glen Floyd officiating.<\/span><\/p>\n

She is reunited with the Grinder family, her grandson and son-in-law and her great niece, Jan Loveless, her great nephew, Stevie Donelson, and nephew, Donnie Ray Loveless.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
