She was a homemaker.\u00a0 She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter DeVault; son, James Larry DeVault; brother, Junior Ray Burns; granddaughter, Ashley Stanley DeVault and grandson, Colton Randolph.\u00a0 Survivors include three sons, Walter \u201cTony\u201d DeVault and Ken DeVault of Hohenwald and Danny DeVault of Rensselaer, Indiana; one daughter, Tammy Randolph of Rensselaer, Indiana; brother, Jerry Burns of Macon, Georgia; three sisters, Linda Burns of Mobile, Alabama, Sandra Mash and Jane Conner, both Hohenwald; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Doris Mae DeVault, age 72, died November 9, 2010 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia.\u00a0 Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. November 12, 2010 in the McDonald Funeral Home Chapel with Kyle Conner officiating.\u00a0 Mrs. DeVault was born May 26, 1938 in Tennessee to the late Paschael Otto and Verna Atchley Burns.
