Van Ward, minister of Little Swan Church of Christ, and Glen Floyd, pastor of Freedom Holy Temple, officiated. Burial took place in the Downey Cemetery.\u00a0 Mrs. Spurgeon was married to the late Claude Ray Spurgeon.
