He was 52.\u00a0 A son of Tommie Jean Seiber Wiss of Hohenwald and the late Paul Franklin Wiss, he was born January 18, 1957 in Hohenwald. He was employed as a construction mechanic.\u00a0 Services were held 1:00 p.m. January 13, 2010 at McDonald Funeral Home with Malcom George, minister of Lomax Church of Christ, officiating. Burial followed in the Edwards Cemetery.\u00a0 In addition to his mother, Mr. Wiss is survived by a son, Michael Franklin Wiss of Columbia; two brothers, Steve Wiss of Meridianville, Alabama and Terry Wiss of Clarksville; and one grandchild.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Michael Lynn Wiss, of Unionville, died January 10, 2010 at Heritage Medical Center in Shelbyville.
