{"id":5141,"date":"2020-09-05T08:36:37","date_gmt":"2020-09-05T12:36:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tngenweb.org\/lewis\/?p=5141"},"modified":"2020-09-05T08:36:37","modified_gmt":"2020-09-05T12:36:37","slug":"logston-roger-renee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tngenweb.org\/lewis\/logston-roger-renee\/","title":{"rendered":"Logston, Roger Renee"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><em><strong>Roger Renee Logston<\/strong><\/em> aka \u201cBatman\u201d 41, passed away on August 12,2020 at his Hohenwald home surrounded by family.\u00a0 Roger was born in Decatur, AL on December 5,1978 to the late Roger and Robin (Kirby) Logston.\u00a0 Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents; a brother, John Paul Logston; and stepdaughter, Malan Cheyenne Farnham. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Mr. Logston enjoyed spending time outside fishing and woodworking.\u00a0 He could often be found working on his favorite truck, a 1992 Chevy that he had given the name Ray. Even during days, he was not feeling well it was always his mission to make someone smile and be happy. His sense of humor is what most will remember about him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Mr. Logston leaves behind to cherish his memory significant other, Vicky Hooper; children, Benjamin Kane Heaps, Don Carlos Logston, John Diesel Logston, Jason Drake Parker, Dominic Gotham, and Harley Lynn; stepdaughters, Cherish Anne Marie Farnham and Alyssa Kaye Farnham; half sisters, Jeanette Yvonne Parker, and Denise Winger; and parents of the heart, Ray and Betty Hooper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Visitation with family and friends will be held Friday August 14,2020 from 4:00-9:00 pm at the family home located at 122 Hooper Road, Hohenwald.
