He was born on March 12th, 1955 to William Robert Clay and Jeweldean Harbison in Woodbury, NJ. <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">He is survived by both parents, along with his stepmother Judith Clay, a brother Richard (Kim) Clay of Sarasota, FL and a sister Karen (Gary) Brown of Wilmington, Delaware. <\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Visitation with the family will begin at 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 3rd. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, February 3rd at 3:00 PM in the McDonald Funeral Home Chapel with Richard Clay officiating.
