He was 72 years, 1 month and 21 days old. He was the son of the late Harney Ruben McCain, Sr. and Juanita Pugh McCain. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Barbara Bland McCain of Nunnelly. His stepsons, Christopher R. Isbell of Nunnelly and Gary R. Methax II of Mount Joy, PA. Grandchildren, Brooke Califano of St. Cloud, FL, CJ Methax of Gilbert, Arizona, Angel Methax of Edgewater, FL, Mia Methax of Edgewater, FL, and Sawyer Methax of Mount Joy, PA along with a host of other relatives, friends, and loved ones. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Mr. McCain served in the Marines from 1964 to 1974. During that time he spent two tours in Vietnam. He was awarded 2 Purple Hearts. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Mr. McCain is to be laid to rest at the Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, Nashville, TN.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Harney Ruben McCain, Jr. was born on March 3, 1947, in Melbourne, FL and passed away on April 24, 2019, in Nashville.
