She was born on April 4, 1940, to Jasper Owen and Sarah Marie Sharp in Perry Co., TN. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She was a factory worker for many years, but she was best known for selling the best ICEE&#8217;s at Brown&#8217;s Variety in Hohenwald. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Survivors include sisters,\u00a0 Lyda Mae Hooper of Hohenwald, TN, Mary Jane LaBar (Jack) of Hohenwald, TN, and Gwenda Ellison of Hohenwald, TN, brothers, Bill Sharp (Kathy) of Hohenwald, TN, and Bobby Joe Sharp (Connie) of Hohenwald, TN, special friend, Glenda Carroll of Hohenwald, TN along with numerous nieces and nephews.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She was preceded in death by her parents, Jasper Owen Sharp and Sarah Marie Hensley Sharp, and three brothers, Ray Sharp, Buddy Sharp, and Ronald Sharp. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Visitation with the family will be held on Sunday, September 1, 2019, at 5:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home in Hohenwald. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 2, 2019, at 1:00 PM, in the McDonald Funeral Home Chapel. Marcus Webb and Jeff Gandy will officiate.
