He was born on November 14, 1933, in Hohenwald to Buford and Camilla McCann. He was married to Lou McCann. He was a logger for many years. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">He is survived by sons, Mark McCann (Tracy) of Hohenwald, TN and James McCann (Kelly) of Lobelville, TN, daughters, Alisa Kirby (Ralph) of Hohenwald, TN and Melissa Jackson of Hohenwald, TN, brothers, William McCann (Helen) of Hohenwald, TN, Jerry McCann (Gloria) of Hohenwald, TN, and Joe McCann of Hohenwald, TN, sister, Evelyn Keeton (Steve) of Hohenwald, TN, 12 Grandchildren, 24 Great Grandchildren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">He is preceded in death by his parents, Buford and Camilla McCann, wife, Lou McCann, brothers,\u00a0 J.D. McCann, Gene McCann, Tommy McCann, and Kenneth McCann, sisters,\u00a0 Mossetta Hinson and Betty Jones, great-grandchildren,\u00a0 Trenton Devore and Trayton Isbell.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 5:30 PM at McDonald Funeral Home.\u00a0 Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 2:00 PM, also at the McDonald Funeral Home.\u00a0 \u00a0Entombment will follow in the Lewis County Memorial Gardens, Hohenwald, TN.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Edward Walton McCann &#8220;Pawpaw Ed&#8221;, 85, of Hohenwald, TN, passed on Thursday, September 5, 2019, at the Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN.
