She was born July 27, 1957, in Nashville, Tennessee, to the late Charles Stewart Armistead and Dortha Hassell Armistead. Lorena worked in the lumber business as a sawmill operator.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In addition to her mother, Lorena is survived by her daughters, Angelina Valdez of Nashville and Opal Armistead of Atlanta, her sons Charles Rodriguez and Steven Rodriguez both of Lyles, and her granddaughter Aliciya Green Gabriella Armistead. Lorena is also survived by her sister Sue Maxwell of Centerville. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A memorial service will be held at a later date.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lorena Idella Armistead of Centerville, passed away December 31, 2019.
