She was born to the late Ellis Bowen &amp; Babe (Taylor) Bowen in Grubbs, Arkansas on September 3, 1938.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She was widowed, being married to the late Oxford Staggs, Jr. She worked as a caregiver for many years, and attended the New Hope Baptist Church.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She is survived by a son Vincent Ray Staggs of Shelbyville, TN and a sister Mary Emery of Arkansas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">There are no services scheduled at this time, as Mrs. Staggs wishes were to be cremated.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ola Mae Staggs, age 81 of Hohenwald, TN passed away at her residence on Monday, May 18, 2020.
