Mrs. Davis died May 8, 2020, at the age of 99 years, 10 months, and 21 days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In addition to her parents, Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband, James Opal Davis, and her daughter, Jeronia Fay Webb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Mrs. Davis is survived by her daughters, Barbara Jean Brown of Centerville and Deana (Jack) Ray Massey of Atoka, Tennessee. Mrs. Davis is also survived by seven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 17 great-great-grandchildren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Graveside Services will be held 11 May 2020 at 2:00 PM at Memphis Memory Gardens, Memphis, TN.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eltie\u00a0Mae Davis was born June 17, 1920, in Edith, Tennessee, one of sixteen children of Needham and Rosa Walpoole Ray.
