In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Dottie Pillows and Wanda Mullins; and her brothers, Jimmy, Virgil, and Elvis Mullins.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ann was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She shared 73 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Richard Parker, whom she met at the church where her father served as preacher\u2014a foundation that remained central throughout her life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Along with her husband, she is survived by her loving children: Derenda Gold; Wayne (Judy) Parker; Terry (Michael) Bradford; and Doug (Kristie) Parker. She is also survived by her brother, Harry (Carol) Mullins; her sister, Myra (Gary) Sowell; nine grandchildren\u2014Shelly, Tammy, Brian, Angela, Kelly, Justin, Amber, Bradley, and Molly; ten great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ann\u2019s life was marked by dedication to her family and community. She began her working career at Genesco in Centerville before choosing to become a full-time mother, a role she cherished deeply. Later, as her children grew, she returned to work in her hometown, serving customers at Breece\u2019s 5 &amp; Dime and Otasco. She eventually found a career she truly loved as a teller at the local bank, where she worked faithfully until her retirement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ann will be remembered for her strong faith, kind heart, and unwavering love for her family. Her legacy lives on in the generations she nurtured and the many lives she touched.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"obituary__section\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"obituary__section\">\n<div class=\"obituary__section__content\">\n<div class=\"event-9012868 location-block event-block \">\n<div class=\"location-block__header\">\n<p class=\"location-block__title\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Visitation with the family will be\u00a0 26 April 2026 from 12:00 &#8211; 2:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. &#8211; Hickman County with Funeral Services to being at 2:00 PM.\u00a0 Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Centerville, TN.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"location-block__body location-block__body--flex\">\n<div class=\"location-block__location\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"event-9012869 location-block event-block \">\n<div class=\"location-block__body location-block__body--flex\">\n<div class=\"location-block__content\">\n<div class=\"location-block__address\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sereana Ann Parker, age 89, of Centerville, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at her home on April 22, 2026.
