She was born on June 30, 1952, at the Boyce Clinic in Hohenwald, Tn to the late John Aaron Carroll and Wanda Lee Jennings Carroll.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Glenda\u2019s children were her life. She poured her heart into her family and found her greatest joy in being a mother and grandmother. She is survived by her loving spouse, Dennis Stiltner; her son, Tracy Sager (Marti Hendrix); her son-in-law, Anthony Pusser (Carrie Michelle); her sister-in-law, Beverly Joyce Carroll; brother, Waylon Andrew Carroll and her cherished grandchildren, Nathan (Katie) Pusser, Dillon Michael Lee Sager (Chloe Lowe), Deven Wayne Sager, and Dallana Leann Sager (Jaime Steadman). She is also survived by her nieces, Sherry Ann (Joe) Chapman and Sheila Denise (John) Lindsey.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Terry Wayne Sager; her beloved daughter, Tammy Pusser.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A talented hairdresser for many years, Glenda never met a stranger. She loved to talk, laugh, and truly connect with people. Taking care of others came naturally to her\u2014it was simply who she was. Some of her happiest moments were spent sitting and watching television with Dennis or enjoying the outdoors together, especially fishing. She loved people deeply and gave of herself freely.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Glenda will be remembered for her warm heart, her gift of conversation, and the way she made those around her feel seen and cared for. Her love for her family and friends leaves a legacy that will continue through the lives she touched.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home &#8211; Lewis County.\u00a0 A Graveside Service will be conducted on Friday, February 27, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at Hinestown Cemetery, Summertown, Lawrence Co, TN.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">McDonald Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Sager family.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Glenda Ann Sager, age 73, of Summertown, passed away peacefully at her home on February 22, 2026.
