She is also preceded in death by her husband William Carl Gordon, son William Keith Gordon, brother Joe Garland Plunkett, sister Johnnie Louise Plunkett, and brother Franklin D Plunkett.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"obituary-text edit\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Mrs. Gordon is survived by her daughter Hayley (Billy) Flynn, grandchildren Chelsie Shay (Lee) Jordan, and Allison Christine Gordon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"obituary-text edit\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Mrs. Gordon always loved to spend time with family and friends, she loved her fur babies Pearl and Oliver. She found joy in working in the garden and loved to cook.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Visitation with the family will be 8 Jan 2026 from 4:00\u00a0 &#8211; 8:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. &#8211; Hickman County.\u00a0 Funeral Services will be 9 Jan 2026 at 11:00 AM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. &#8211; Hickman County with burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Centerville, TN.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ida Mae Gordon was born on April 16, 1939, and passed away on January 6, 2025, at the age of 86.
