He was born on December 25, 1933, in Maury County to the late Robert L. Dugger and Aline Alexander Dugger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">On May 1, 1955, Charlie married the love of his life, Marian Massey Dugger, and together they built a beautiful life rooted in faith, family, and simple joys. A proud United States Air Force veteran, Charlie carried his sense of duty and dedication into his working years. He was employed with Detroit Diesel and Lewis Products before later retiring from Stauffer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Charlie and Marian spent many happy years camping and traveling together, making memories that became family treasures. At home, Charlie enjoyed woodworking and making baskets\u2014crafts that reflected his steady hands and patient spirit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">He is survived by his children, Charlie J. Dugger, Jr., Amanda Kay Henley (David), and Terri Lynn Hinson (Randy); grandchildren, Dasha Lowery (Shane), Nathan Henley (Ciara), Erin Hinson (Michelle), and Brianna Hadley (Ty); and great-grandchildren, Andon Lowery, Abree Lowery, Brantley Hinson, Maylee Hadley, Blaine Bowen, Avilee Hinson, Maddyn Hadley, and Hutton Henley. He is also survived by his sister, Barbara Ann Baker of Hohenwald, and his brother, John Dugger (Linda) of Mt. Pleasant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In addition to his parents, Charlie was also preceded in death by his brothers, Jimmy, Lee, Rayburn, Richard, and Odell Dugger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Visitation with the Dugger family will be on Sunday, December 7, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. until service time at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of McDonald Funeral Home.
