She was born February 4, 1947, in Paducah, Kentucky, to the late Horace Odell Hinson and Elsie Rena McGregor Hinson.<\/p>\n<div class=\"image-container w66 storyimage_centeralign\">\n<div class=\"imageDiv\">On July 16, 1960, Donna married the love of her life, Clovis Paul Conner. Together they shared 65 wonderful years of marriage, celebrating that milestone earlier this year. Their life together was a testament to love, devotion, and faith. Donna was a faithful member of Grinders Creek Church of Christ. Her family describes her as the most caring, loving, kind, compassionate, and giving person they have ever known. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, great-aunt, and more to the many people blessed to know her. She had a passion for flowers and especially loved the rose garden her husband lovingly built for her. The yellow rose, her favorite, became a reflection of her bright and gentle spirit. She also loved traveling, taking pictures, and making memories with her family and friends Donna carried a special place in her heart for each of her family members, and she was truly the glue that held them all together.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Donna is survived by her loving husband, Clovis Paul Conner; son, Ernest Paul Conner (Debra); daughter, Barbie Gayle Conner Dunlap; grandchildren, Matthew Paul Conner (Athena), Emily Nicole Rhoton (Senan), and Paula Marie Conner; great-grandchildren, Janessa &amp; Eva Rucker and Cayson Paul Conner; and nephews, James Harris Hinson II (Judy), Clayton Claudell Hinson (Tammy), Ricky Kyle Hinson, Stacy Bill Moon (Tiffany), and Garland Bud Moon; step-granddaughter, Sasha Hinson; step great-grandchildren, Hayden Raymer, Alex Schwartz, Lydia Schwartz, and Myla Volkmer. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, James Harris Hinson I (Martha), sister, Dorothy Lorita Moon (Billie), and daughter, Paula Gail Conner.<\/p>\n<p>Visitation with the family was held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 4:30 until 7:00 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home in Hohenwald.
