A life well lived with charity, compassion and humbleness that touched everyone who knew him.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Easley is the son of the late Malcom Patterson Easley and Mattie Mae Brown Easley. He is also preceded in death by his wife Nita Easley, children: James Austin Easley, David Randall Easley, and Elaine Dobbins, stepsons: Michael Bullock and Aric Bullock, Aunt Edna McClanahan, siblings: Betty Sigler Templeton, and Max Easley.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Easley leaves behind a whole community who cared about him deeply including: his wife Martha Clark and their sweet dog Jack, Patricia Yates, Michele Johnstone (Stu Davis), Brenda Dunn (Dale), Pat Bullock, Jamie Bragg (Tonya), Sue Thompson (Fred), Mary Bullock, Mark Bullock, Michael (Allison) Kelley, Camryn (Conner) Stewart, Lauren Gilliam (Jeff Jones), Madison Moore, Ty Gilliam, Daniel Marlin (Faith), Emily (Dana) Milan, Karen (Gary) Bennet, Paul Thompson (June), Megan (Matt) Holloway, Amber Bragg (DJ Keys), Emma Bragg, Kinleigh Bragg, Chris Dobbins, Tricia (Shaun) Caput, Nicole (Donte) McQueen, Brandy Alacali (Stephen), Jr. Easley, Bryan Easley, Brandon Easley, and Michael (Rebekah) Humiston, Aunt Kathleen Rochelle, Niece Christy (Wayne) Phelps, Nephew Bobby Easley, Nancy (Scott) Cook and numerous Nieces\/Nephews\/Cousins, Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and Great Great Grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Easley was a successful Tow Truck Operator and Auto Repair Man. He was always ready and willing to lend a helping hand any hour of the day. He loved life to the fullest. He truly found freedom and peace on a motorcycle on the open road. The love for bikes was a lifestyle and a where he found lasting brotherhood. He was always a blessing to those in need. He will be deeply missed by this whole community. When it came to music he and his band members could put on a good show. He also, loved most of all, the Centerville Church of Christ and Shipps Bend Church friends and family. The Family would like to express their heartfelt thanks and what a blessing his community and church friends have been to our family will never be forgotten.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"obituary-text edit\">Visitation with the family will be 27 April 2025 from 10:00 AM &#8211; 2:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home &#8211; Hickman County with Funeral Services to begin at 2:00 PM.\u00a0 Burial will follow at Oakmont Cemetery, Centerville, TN.<\/p>\n<p>In honor of Mr. Easley, motorcycle riders are welcome to participate in the final ride to the Oakmont Cemetery.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>James Robert Easley was born on October 8, 1927, and passed away on April 19, 2025, at the age of 97.
