Floyd “Fuzzy” Alton Martin, born on December 4, 1938, in Primm Springs, Tennessee, to the late John Homer and Mattie Gordon Martin, passed away peacefully on March 10, 2025, in Dickson, Tennessee, at the age of 86.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fuzzy was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Floye Adell Green Martin, as well as his brothers Boyd, Hubert, Wayne, Randy, and Sewell. He is survived by his son, Teddy (Kathy) Martin; granddaughter, Tiffany Martin; great-grandson, Hudson Liam Martin; sisters, Jewell Green and Elizabeth Martin; brothers, Wallace Martin and Jerry Martin; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends.<\/span><\/p>\n

Known for his strong work ethic, Fuzzy was a man of many talents. He took great joy in raising a large garden, sharing its bounty with others, and was skilled with his hands, able to fix almost anything that came his way. His love for the outdoors, the beauty of God’s creation, and his passion for hunting and fishing were among the many things that brought him joy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fuzzy’s presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy of hard work, kindness, and love for family, friends and nature will live on in the hearts of those he touched.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fuzzy will forever remain in our thoughts and prayers. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.<\/span><\/p>\n

Visitation with the family will be 13 March 2025 from 3:00 – 8:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County.\u00a0 Graveside Services will be held 14 March 2025 at 2:00 PM at Anglin Cemetery, Valley Road, Fairview, TN.<\/span><\/p>\n
