She was born on March 16, 1972, in Detroit, Michigan, to Terry Wayne and Glenda Carroll Sager. When Tammy was a child, her family moved to Summertown, where her parents built the home she and her husband Anthony would later share.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tammy was a compassionate and kind-hearted woman who never met a stranger. She had a deep love for people, nature, and animals. She especially enjoyed fishing and spending peaceful days by the river. Her life was brightened by her cherished pets: her dogs Womble Jaw, Tom (aka Red), Max, and a spirited rooster named Ricky, who mysteriously appeared at her home one day. Ricky kept a unique schedule, going to bed at 3 PM and waking up at midnight.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A graduate of Lewis County High School, Tammy pursued her passion for cosmetology at Tennessee Vocational School, earning her license and becoming a talented self-employed hairdresser.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tammy and Anthony shared a beautiful life together, filled with adventure and love. They enjoyed off-roading, four-wheeling, and traveling wherever life took them. Their bond was inseparable \u2014 wherever Anthony went, Tammy was right by his side.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Faith played an essential role in Tammy\u2019s life. She and Anthony were active members of Panoramic Church in Summertown and previously attended Hinestown Church.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She is survived by her husband Anthony Pusser, mother Glenda Ann Sager, son Nathan (Katie) Pusser, Kenny Boyette &amp; Justin Korp who were like sons, niece Dallana Sager &amp; nephews Dillon &amp; Deven Sager who were like her own children and brother Tracy Sager. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She is preceded in death by her father Terry Wayne Sager and grandparents Aaron &amp; Wanda Carroll.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Visitation with the family will be held on Monday, December 9, 2024 from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM in the chapel of McDonald Funeral Home in Hohenwald, TN.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A graveside service will be conducted on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 beginning at 2:00 at Hinestown Cemetery in Summertown, TN.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">McDonald Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Pusser family.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tammy Renea Pusser, 52, of Summertown, Tennessee, passed away on December 6, 2024.
