He was the son of the late Virginia (Thomas) Novak and Dr. Robert J. Fexa. Graduated William Allen High School class of 1973, and earned a BS degree in Dental Technology from Boston University. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Surviving Rob are his sister Carol; brother David and wife Laury; and niece Kaitlyn and her husband Kyle Clements.
