Mary Allene Harrington, age 83 of Bon Aqua, Tennessee, passed away in Columbia, Tennessee on July 5, 2024. Mary was born in Bon Aqua, Tennessee to the late Leonard and Nanny Mae Fitts on February 17, 1941.<\/p>\n

Mary married the late Charles Edward Harrington in 1958, beginning a journey that was marked by love. Their union, which stood as a testament to the strength and beauty of a lifelong commitment, was blessed with many wonderful moments and cherished memories. As a homemaker, Mary created a nurturing and welcoming environment for her family. Her home was a sanctuary filled with the comforting aromas of home cooked meals and the soft hum of family gatherings. Mary was a member of the Bon Aqua Church of Christ. She loved to watch game shows and had a special place in her heart for red birds and gardening.<\/p>\n

In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Harrington, grandson, William Ryan Coates, brother Billy Fitts, Brother Ed Fitts, and sister Peggy Davidson.<\/p>\n

Mary is survived by sons, Ricky Harrington, Randy Harrington (Tana), Byron Harrington, and Phillip Harrington (Kristi); her daughters, Debbie Coates\/Riddick (Keith), Pam Love (Roger), Brenda Cook, and Jenny Blalock (Ricky); her sister Ruth Buchanan; brothers James Fitts (Dot), Bobby Fitts and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, who all were the pride and joy of her life.<\/p><\/div>\n

Visitation with the family will be 8 July 2024 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. – Hickman County.\u00a0 Funeral Services will be held 9 July 2024 at 10:00 AM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. – Hickman County with burial to follow at Missionary Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery, Bon Aqua, TN.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
