Following John\u2019s retirement from Great Lakes Steel, they returned to Hickman County. Nine years after John\u2019s death, she relocated in 2003 to South Lyon, Michigan. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Louise never met a craft she didn\u2019t like and was known for her beautiful quilts and crochet work which she gifted generously. Known as \u201cGranny\u201d to one and all, Louise\u2019s chosen family extended far beyond her biological kin. She served faithfully as a member of the Church of Christ wherever she lived.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She was predeceased by her husband, John, her sisters Naomi Parnell, Ann Gilliam and Carolyn Hinson, and her son, Michael Murray. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She is survived by daughter, Wanda Moon, brothers Kerry and Gerry Hinson, granddaughters Amanda Clark and Sara Scott, grandson Alex LaFeve, and great granddaughters Gabrielle and Amber Clark. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Visitation at McDonald Funeral Home in Centerville will be Monday, May 20, 4:00-6:30 PM followed by a memorial service.
