She was born on February 6, 1987, to Anna Fockler and the late David Allan Foster in Russellville, AL.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"obituary-text edit\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A graduate of Columbia Central High School in 2007, Solei&#8217;l&#8217;s passion for the written word was evident in her love for writing short stories and poems. Her scrapbooking projects were a tapestry of her own writing and ideas, showcasing her crafty nature. Soleil&#8217;s creativity also shone through her homemade crafts, crotchets, and intricate jewelry that captured her imagination and dedication.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"obituary-text edit\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Solei&#8217;l&#8217;s faith was a cornerstone of her life. She was an active member of Chalice Church in Columbia, TN, and worshiped alongside her husband at Northview Church of Christ. Her commitment to her faith was demonstrated through numerous mission trips, including an impactful seven-week journey to China.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She loved to read the Bible, and in the last few weeks and days, anyone who visited her, she would ask them to read the Bible to her or would ask to pray with them. In her last days, she cherished Psalms 91.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"obituary-text edit\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She was a beacon of love and joy to her husband, Joshua Duncan, with whom she shared a beautiful life since their marriage on June 22, 2013.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She is also survived by a sister Lacey (Adam) Himes, Mother Anna Fockler, Step Father Mike Fockler, Father In Law &amp; Mother In Law Tony &amp; Cathy Duncan, Grandmother Barbara Parrish, Nieces &amp; Nephews Lila, Briar &amp; Alyssa Himes. She is preceded in death by her Father David Allan Foster, grandfather John Foster, grandmother Mary Ann McDonald, and grandfather Kenneth McDonald.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"obituary-text edit\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Visitation with the family will be held, on Friday evening, March 29, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at McDonald Funeral Home in Hohenwald, TN.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2024 beginning at 11:00 AM at McDonald Funeral Home in Hohenwald.
