Michael Graves Sullivan was born on September 18, 1952 in Hickman County and passed away on March 14, 2024 in Dickson, Tennessee. He was 71 years old.<\/span><\/p>\n

He is the son of the late Emery “Bud” Sullivan and Geneva Faye McCoy Sullivan. He was also preceded in death by his stepmother Daisy K. Sullivan.<\/span><\/p>\n

He is survived by his loving wife Rita Booker Sullivan of Lyles, Tennessee. Son Ryan (Shelly) Sullivan of Ponca City, Oklahoma. Step Daugther Paula Birt of Lyles. Grandchildren Alyssa, Jaime, and Breann (Jordan). Great Grandchildren Torrin and Lennox. Mother in Law Wilma Booker. Sister in Law Phyllis (Rodney) Myers. Nephew Jeremy (Stephanie) Roberts. Niece Jennifer (Russell) Little. Brother in law James (Mitzi) Gus Goins. Good friends Brandon Stinson and Truman Borntrager. Along with many other relatives, friends, and loved ones.<\/span><\/p>\n

Michael retired from TDOT after over 40 years of employment there.<\/span><\/p>\n

He loved the outdoors and spent many days on the farm bushhogging, tending cows, sitting by the lake, fishing and hunting. He always had a garden and grew beautiful sunflowers. People would come from all around to take photos with them.<\/span><\/p>\n

Michael was baptized on February 23, 2024, just 20 days before his passing. His family draws great comfort knowing he gave his life to Christ. He was a good husband and provider for 47 years to Mrs. Rita and was a wonderful father and grandfather. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Visitation with the family will be 17 Mar 2024 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County.\u00a0 Funeral Services will be 18 Mar 2024 at 2:oo PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County with burial to follow at Little Rock Cemetery, Centerville, TN.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
